Dear patients, please call the surgery prior to attending an appointment if you are using a pushchair, pram or wheelchair to ensure that the lift is in working order. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CO-OPERATION.

contact your doctors online and get a response by the end of the next working day

COVID-19 contingency sharing: Primary care staff across each borough will be able to access your full medical record without consent during the COVID-19 pandemic however, they will only do so when it is necessary to provide you with care. They will be required to use a smartcard which confirms their identity, limits their access and actions to those appropriate for their role. They will all have been trained to understand their professional and legal responsibilities in providing you with care.

Dear Patients, As of the 16th March 2020 Due to the current public health outbreak, we are operating a total telephone triage approach for your safety. This means that you will be required to speak to a clinician before booking an appointment. DO NOT attend the surgery unless the doctor has specifically asked you to. If you feel unwell with flu like symptoms and are at risk of coronavirus, please call NHS111 to take specialist advice. Thank you for your co-operation.

Patients in Westminster have access to GP and Practice Nurses appointments from 6.30pm - 8.00pm Monday to Friday and from 8.00am - 8.00pm Saturday and Sunday as part of the Extended Hours GP Access Service. These appointments are available at three sites across Westminster: Connaught Square, Pimlico Health @ the Marvern Practice and the Westbourne Green Surgery. Patients can book these appointments by contacting their GP practice during opening hours or by calling NHS 111 when the Practice is closed.

There are no parking spaces available at the surgery, and it will be at the patient’s responsibility to park their car in an appropriate parking space. Safety prams, pushchairs, shopping trolleys and umbrellas must be left in the lobby area.
